摘要:PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic microscope transducer ror an image in which an image of a sample is formed and which can use a low-temperature medium. CONSTITUTION:A flange 2 is formed at a rear end of a rodlike element l formed of light-weight fluorine resin by a low temperature resistance. A hollow part 3 is formed at a center of the element 1. An electrode 4 is so mounted by slightly recessing from an end at a center of the end of the element 1 as to block the part 3. One or more communicating holes 5 are so formed as to introduce the medium from the side of the element 1 to the part 3. A polymer piezoelectric element 6 is so formed by sputtering, vapor-depositing, etc., as to be connected to the electrode 4. An electrode wire 8 is so connected to a connector 7 and the electrode 4 as to block the part 3 of a rear end of the element 1. An electrode wire 9 formed via the element 1 is connected to the element 6, and led to the side of the connector 7 to form an electrode terminal 10.
