摘要：PURPOSE:To improve accuracy of a product prevented from directly receiving an influence by constitution of a depth of cut grinding mechanism by controlling a supporting cylinder, having an eccentric peripheral surface, to be turned by a servomotor and fine lowering a rotary shaft mounting a circular grinding wheel. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 11 is rotatably supported by a bearing 15 to an internal peripheral surface 17 of a supporting cylinder 16, and its peripheral surface 17' is eccentrically formed from the axial center of the rotary shaft 11 and rotatably supported by a bearing 18 to a life disk 9. A sensor measures a distance from the bottom surface of a grinding wheel B to a table upper surface and to a workpiece upper surface, and measuring thickness of a workpiece considering a finishing allowance or the like, one time depth of cut is input to an arithmetic processor. The lift disk 9 is lowered through a vertical thread lever by a motor, stopping the grinding wheel B in a surface of the workpeice, and a servomotor turns the supporting cylinder 16 through a worm 20, successively repeating grinding in accordance with the instructed one time depth of cut from a rotary angle 0 deg. of the supporting cylinder 16.
