摘要：The process calculates the position error for a component using a Multi-Layer Perceptron (8, 10, 11) whose inputs are data obtained through the processing (5, 6, 7, 9) of an image representing all or part of the component and the corresponding impressions on the printed circuit when the component is positioned above its location on the printed circuit. The processing consists in one or more summations (5, 6, 7) along preferred axes such as the rows, columns, and diagonals of the pixels of the image previously converted to binary or in a Fourier transformation (8) of this image. Applications are to the checking of mechanical positioning in machines for automatic placement of surface-mounted components. <IMAGE>
