摘要:PURPOSE:To obtain a low-loss oxide magnetic material such that if it is used at high frequencies of 100kHz or over, its iron loss is small, by containing a zirconium oxide, an aluminum oxide and a sulfur oxide to a low-loss oxide magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:A low-loss oxide magnetic material contains manganese monoxide, zinc oxide and ferric oxide as main ingredients, and contains calcium oxide, silicon dioxide as sub-ingredients. A zirconium oxide, aluminum oxide and sulfur oxide are contained in the low-loss oxide magnetic material. A zirconium oxide is zirconium dioxide, an aluminum oxide is aluminum oxide, and a sulfur oxide is sulfur trioxide. This makes it possible to obtain a low-loss oxide magnetic material such that if it is used at high frequencies of 100kHz or over, its iron loss is small.
