摘要：PURPOSE: To obtain a surgical tool for implnating an intercondylic artificial braces into the thighbone and the like by placing a means to fix artificial braces gripping an intercondylic incisurae on the near end portion of a power transmitting shaft along an inner contacting surface, manipulating the artificial braces toward the position of the thighbone, and separating the surgical tool from the artificial braces. CONSTITUTION: Artificial braces 12 for the thighbone are made to elongate toward the front direction of an anterior intercondylar flange from the opening 14 of an intercondylic incisurae and the incisurae demarcated between a posterior intercondylar flanges 16, 18, and provides an inner contacting surface consisting of an interior portion 22 and the exterior portion, and the tool 10 consists of the near portion of holding the artificial outfit 12 and the power transmitting shaft 26 having a remote portion 28 providing an anvil 29 for driving the power transmitting shaft 26 during the moving of the artificial outfit 12. A grip means 30 is arranged in the near portion of the shaft 26 for arranging, fixing and manipulating the grip means 30 by using the handle 26 by gripping the intercondylic incisurae 14 along the inner contacting surface of the artificial braces 12 during the implant operation. The tool 10 and artificial braces 12 are detachably fixed by actuating the grip means 30.
