摘要：PURPOSE:To make variable the diameter of a hose to be manufactured by emaking exchange of dies unnecessary by a method wherein at the time of extrusion molding of the hose, the extrusion molding is performed while supplying a pressurizing fluid within the central hole of a molded body. CONSTITUTION:An inner pipe material (unvulcanized NBR rubber or unvulcanized EPDM rubber) within an extrusion barrel 10 of an inner pipe extrusion device 1 is extruded through an annular gap to be formed of a center die 2 and inner pipe die 3 and an inner pipe 8 is formed. At this time, a pressurizd air supply source 21 is driven and pressurizing air is blown off into the central hole of the inner hole 8 through an air passage 20. Then the diameter of the inner hole 8 is expanded in accordance with pressure of the pressurized air. Reinforcing threads F1, 2 are wound around on the surface of the inner pipe 8 whose diameter is expanded in the opposite direction to each other and a reinforced thread layer is formed.
