摘要：PURPOSE:To obtain inexpensively a system with excellent operability and high reliability by designating a specific district and a group in details so as to implement notice broadcast. CONSTITUTION:In the system in which sound broadcast is made from a center equipment and a sub center installed to a terminal equipment side using a bidirectional CATV transmission line to plural terminal equipments, the center installation is provided with a computer 101 and a broadcasting equipment 102. The center installation side uses the outgoing control channel of a transmission line via a MODEM and monitors sequentially the state of the broadcast installation 102 connecting to a center installation 100, a sub center 111a connecting to the terminal equipments and terminal equipments 110a, 110b... through polling. Then a designated voice channel is allocated from plural voice channels in response to the broadcasting request from the sub center 111a to control the terminal equipments 110a, 110b... corresponding to the specific district and group to attain notice broadcast.
