摘要：PURPOSE:To evaporate superfluous water for boiling delicious rice by induction heating the bottom of a pan and a heat sink inside a pan lid by controlling high frequency outputs of separate invertor circuits respectively. CONSTITUTION:First and second invertor circuits 12a, 12b are driven by direct current rectified 18 from an AC power source 16. Also, the voltage of the AC power source 16 is lowered by a transformer 23 and a control circuit 20 is driven by a rectified DC power source 22 to control driving means 19a, 19b for blocking the first and second invertor circuits 12a, 12b from switching. The output of the first invertor circuit 12a induction heats a heating coil 6 on the bottom of a pan according to the output of a temperature sensor on the bottom of the pan. Also, the output of the second invertor circuit 12b induction heats a heating coil 8 on a heat sink according to the output of a heat sensing member 10 mounted to the radiator plate inside a pan lid. Thus, superfluous water content remaining on the surface is removed and delicious rice is heated from both upper and lower surfaces to be boiled without uneven boiling.
