摘要：PURPOSE:To achieve simplification of a production process and high production speed by a method wherein a melt of crystalline thermoplastic resin is moved to a cooling zone and after turning its travelling direction rectangularly, the melt is extruded outside as a film radially from an annular opening gap in a metal mold to form a face oriented product. CONSTITUTION:A line static mixer arranged in an oil bath is connected to a radial die head 11 to make 'a cooling zone'. A liquid phase melt is formed while the melt of polyethylenephthalate is made to pass the cooling zone. A tubular film of the orientation crystallized polyethyleneterephthalate is obtained by feeding the liquid phase melt to the radial die head 11 to be extruded. Then, after making the tubular film pass between an annular air jet 12 and a water cooler 13 while the film is brought into contact with the water cooler 13, the orientation crystallized polyethyleneterephthalate tubular film is rolled.
