摘要：The device for casting a body of the small Al bobbin comprises; a bottom mold plate having the engraved concentric circular grooves and implanted in central hole of a base plate; a core rod with an inner wall shape of the bobbin body, inserted into a center hole of the bottom mold plate; a pair of semicircular metal molds assembling with the bottom mold plate; an ingate formed by the outer side of the semicircular molds; and a upper mold plate being set on the upper linking groove of the semicircular molds, an upper portion of the core rod being inserted into the central hole of it. The device can lower the cost of facilities and products.
