摘要：PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of a form paper carrying mechanism and to effectively and practically use processing time by utilizing the temporary stopping time of a printing action inevitably occurred when a sheet-like or belt-like photosensitive body is used as an image carrier, for correcting the meandering of a form paper. CONSTITUTION:When a photosensitive body 1 for making a sheet-like OPC into a take-up type, is adopted, a gap seal 105 serving as a printing impossible region, is used as a part to be detected, and the printing action is transiently stopped when the part to be detected is detected by a detector. For a tentative stopping period, a thermal roller 61 and a pressure roller 62 are in a non-contact state, the form paper 4 is pulled out by an ejecting roller 7, so that the meandering of the form paper, occurring between the thermal roller 61 and the pressure roller 62, follows a form paper guide 18, to correct the meandering.
