摘要：PURPOSE:To provide a method capable of enhancing the utilizing efficiency of a laser beam and saving consumption energy or facility costs in a method of three dimensional image formation for conducting the ON/OFF operation of the laser beam by an optical polarizing element. CONSTITUTION:The method is such that an optically cured layer is formed by irradiating optically curing resin liquid with light and a plurality of this optically cured layers are superimposed for forming a desired three-dimensional image and, while deflecting the light beam continuously. In the method of setting an optically curing area and non-optical curing area on optical setting resin liquid by effecting and stopping the irradiation with light through the switching operation of an optical polarizing element 10, primary diffraction light L1 emitted from the optical polarizing element is cut off and zero-order diffracted light L0 is allowed to reach the optically setting resin liquid.
