摘要:
PURPOSE:To prevent the local material starvation and lens-like swelling in multilayered parison from developing by a method wherein the extrusion pressures of auxiliary material resin and of adhesive are prevented from apply ing to annular flow paths and the timing of the end of extrusion is controlled so as to bring the extrusion pressures among respective materials during the extrusion of parison within the predetermined ranges. CONSTITUTION:During the accumulation of respective materials in respective accumulators 32, 28, 30a and 30b, respective flow paths between an auxiliary material resin accumulator 28 and annular flow paths 2f, 6a, 6b, 6c and 2e and between adhesive accumulators 30a and 30b and the annular flow paths are blocked. At the start of the extrusion of the respective accumulators, the pre-set valve openings are given to the respective flow paths and the extrusion actions of the respective accumulators are started at the predetermined order and timings. Thus, the simultaneous extrusion of main material resin, the auxiliary material resin and the adhesive through an annular outlet 6d are started. During extrusion, the respective materials are extruded through the respective flow paths under pressures, each of which corresponds to the developmental pressure of each accumulator and its valve opening.
