摘要:本发明涉及到一种生产乙醛酸的新工艺方法,在草酸电解还原法和乙二醛氯化工艺生产乙醛酸的基础上用板框压滤式离子交换膜电解槽,阴阳极分别循环的周期性间歇操作的电解方式,在电解槽接通直流电源后,在阴阳极室同步发生不同反应均得到产物乙醛酸。本发明通过增加阳极电解部分弥补了原草酸电还原工艺能耗高,时空产率低的缺陷,在新增阳极电解部分将乙二醛氯化法转变为间接氧化过程,保留乙二醛氯化工艺的转化率,选择率高的优点,又避免了氯化氢在溶液中的浓度累积增大的弊病。

主权项:1、一种生产乙醛酸的电解方法,其特征在于采用板框压滤式离子交换膜电解槽,阴阳极液分别循环的周期性间歇操作同步电解,阴阳极室被阳离子交换膜隔开,在阴阳极室分别产生乙醛酸,阳极采用网状形稳阳极(DSA),阳极液的组成包括20-25%乙二醛与5-11%盐酸的混合溶液,阳极电流浓度34A/dm3,阴极为铅电极,阴极液为草酸饱和溶液,离子交换膜为阳离子交换膜,电解温度20-25℃,槽电压3.5-4.5V,电流密度8-9A/dm3,恒流电解,电解周期7-12小时,电极表面液体线流速>1m/s,阳阴极液体积比为1∶6。
