摘要:本创作织布机之煞车器与离合器构造,其系将煞车器或离合器上之来令片的固定架改为『顺磁性』材质,且将激磁线圈设为第一级之高压激磁线圈及第二级之低压激磁线圈,当欲使机器停止运转时,启动煞车器之激磁线圈,而将磨擦片往煞车器一侧吸附,以制止机器运转,当吸附完成后,即以低电压之激磁线圈持续吸附磨擦片,因此,可减少电力消耗,使温升降低,且该固定架为『顺磁性』可杜绝残磁传回煞车器,而达而使机器顺利运转之目的,以提高产能。
