摘要：PURPOSE:To eliminate an improper recognition due to influence of a suction nozzle by providing detecting means for detecting whether images of components are present at a plurality of positions to be checked in addition of an image of the nozzle in a screen imaged by an imaging unit and discriminating means for determining at which position the detected position is disposed with respect to the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Each time a suction nozzle 15 holding a component 5 stops at a recognition station 20, a CPU operates to discover a corner, where the transmitted image of the nozzle 15 has no effect on the transmitted image of the component 5 on an imaging screen of an imaging unit 25, even if the component 5 is sucked by the nozzle 15 in any direction. It then recognizes to set a recognition area corresponding to the judged suction direction, detects the central position and angle and mounts the component 5 in a predetermined position at a predetermined angle based on the data. Thus, a printed board 6 is transferred to a discharge conveyor 13 from an XY table 2 by a transfer unit 11, and discharged by a discharge conveyor 13.
