摘要：PURPOSE:To improve mold cleaning properties, especially compatibility with a metallic compound, by a method wherein a mold cleaning agent composition is prepared with a mixture of an organic cyclic compound which is shown with a specific general formula and containing -CONR'- and unvulcanized rubber cloth. CONSTITUTION:A chemical compound shown by a formula I and/or a formula II (R shows a 1-8C hydrocarbon group and R' shows hydrogen, a 1-10C hydrocarbon group and 1-5 mol alkylene oxide group) and unuvlcanized rubber cloth are mixed up with each other by making use of a mixer such as a kneader or a Banbury mixer and a mold cleaning agent composition is prepared. It is preferable to compound about a 1-30 pts. wt. chemical compound expressed by the formula I or the formula II with 100 pts. wt. unvulcanized rubber. Natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, butadiene rubber and nitrile rubber are available as an exemplification of the unvulcanized rubber.
