摘要:PURPOSE:To prevent the evaporation of Zn in baking and to obtain a high- permeability ferrite core when an Mn-Zn based molded ferrite body is baked by using cases comprising ferrite having the approximately same composition as that of the molded body, arranging the cases so as to cover at least the bottom part of the molded body and the surrounding parts of the direction of the side surface, and baking the core. CONSTITUTION:Ferrite powder is compressed and molded in a ring shape. Thus a molded ferrite body is obtained. The molded body is surrounded with ferrite cases and baked. The molded body has a disk-shaped ferrite case 1, a cylindrical ferrite case 2 and a disk-shaped ferrite case 3. The molded ferrite body 4 is arranged in a space which is tightly closed with the ferrite cases and baked. The ferrite cases are composed of the material having the same composition as the molded ferrite body to be baked.
