摘要:
PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a pulsation absorbing member by extrusion-molding a semi- hardened or unhardened high molecular long material, having a central pipe part and at least two protruding wall parts parallelly extended to the central passage integrally with its peripheral surface, and twisting the long material, with the axial center serving as the center, to be hardened. CONSTITUTION:A long material 2 is obtained by cutting a rubber-made continuous extrusion material in an unvulcanized condition into a predetermined length. The long material 2 has a central pipe part 21, in which a central passage 20 is formed, and four protruding wall parts 22, protruded in the centrifugal direction and straight extended in the axial direction, in the peripheral surface of the central pipe part 21. Next by twisting both end parts of the long material 2 in a reverse direction with an axial core 24 serving as the center and by helically deforming the protruding wall parts 22, a pulsation absorbing member 3 is obtained by completely vulcanizing the long material 2. While an outer cylinder part 4 is formed by extrusion-molding unvucanized compounded rubber, and a pulsation absorbing pipe 5 is formed by inserting the pulsation absorbing member 3 into this outer cylinder part 4. Since an outer passage 23 in the pulsation absorbing pipe 5 is longer in the length of flow path than the central passage 20, a different pressure phase is generated in outflow oil in an outlet, and by interference caused by a joining flow, noise and vibration can be suppressed by damping pulsation of oil pressure.
