摘要：PURPOSE:To minimize the generation of error in reading information by laminating a recording layer containing two kinds of colors with a specific complex index of refraction against the wavelength of laser beam on a disc substrate to form an information recording medium. CONSTITUTION:A recording layer consists of a mixture of a first color with a complex index of refraction at the absolute value of 1.5 or more of the real part and the absolute value of 0.4 or less of the imaginary part against the wavelength of a laser beam for recording and reproduction of information, and a second color which absorbs the mentioned wavelength provided on a plastic disc substrate. In addition, a reflection layer is laminated on the recording layer to form an information recording medium. The complex refractive index of a mixture of the two kinds of color contained in the recording layer must be 1.5 or more for the real part and 0.03 to 0.5 for the imaginary part as an absolute value against the wavelength of laser beam.
