摘要:PURPOSE:To obtain efficient picked up images without losses by constituting the image sensor of solid-state image pickup elements, the fiber plates and phosphor layers contg. Cr. CONSTITUTION:The X-ray image sensor is formed by bringing the fiber plates 102 into tight contact with the surfaces of image input planes 104 of the solid- state image pickup elements by using optical adhesive agents 103, and further forming and integrating the phosphor layers 101 onto the fiber plates 102. The fiber plates 102 are added with about 0.2wt.% cerium oxide to prevent the image pickup by the X-rays transmitted through the fiber plates 102. The phosphor layers 101 are formed uniformly to a prescribed thickness by adding a binder to the powder of the crystals of Gd3Ga5O12 doped with 4wt.% chromium. The surfaces of the phosphor layers 101 are worked to a grid shape by consisting of rampart-like parts 201 and groove parts 202 and the blurring of the images by the dissipation of emitted light is suppressed in order to improve the resolving power. The surfaces of the phosphor layers 101 are coated with the metal pack of aluminum in order to suppress the degradation in luminance.
