摘要：PURPOSE:To allow the reduction of mid sole material and the cooling time, and to improve the cushion properties and to lighten by providing a surrounding projection wall to an outer sole molded in the first process on the peripheral part of thick part at least of thin bottom plate top surface. CONSTITUTION:A dummy mold 2 and a sole mold 1 are combined, and between them a clearance 5 is made, into which an outer sole material is injected, and a surrounding projection wall 13 is formed after a model of heel part top surface having thick thickness at least, and the top surface of the projection wall is made contact with the bottom surface of a last mold to which quarter 7 is fitted. Thus, the projection wall has a space 8 inside of it and the space works as an air bag, so that cushion properties are improved and lightening is possible owing to the reduction of second mid sole material. Also, even if a mid sole is thick, it is made contact with a die by a large area compared to the volume, allowing the reduction of cooling time and the unnecessity of shrinkproof.
