摘要：<p>PURPOSE: To entangle filaments so as to cross individual webs almost without damaging the filament-related strength by needling individual spunbonded webs, and further needle-punching the stack of the individual webs. CONSTITUTION: Spunbonded webs A and B are fed by a feeding roll 10 and a feeding belt 11, and the fed webs are needled with a smooth needle elements 16 while taking out the webs by a nipping roll pair 15. The needled webs are needle-punched with barbed needle elements 17 to entangle the filaments. Staples 22 can be added on the web A from a conveying belt 23 by carding the staples 22 and cross lapping the carded staples 22.</p>
