摘要：PURPOSE:To positively supply the air to an engine by forming at least part of the top surface of a molding, which is arranged at least over a suction duct in an engine cowling, in such a way as possible of being opened and closed. CONSTITUTION:In a top cowl 26 covering an engine, its parts in front of and behind the center in the width direction are recessed, and a plurality of openings 30, 32 are formed between it and the lower edge of a molding 28 fitted at the oversurface. A suction duct 40 is installed upright at the rear recess of the top cowl 26. At least part of the top surface of this molding 28 is formed with possibility of being opened and closed. That is, an opening/closing plate 50 is arranged which consists of a separate member constituting part of the top surface of the molding 28, and the end on the side behind it is pivoted by a pin 54 mounted on the molding 28 through a bracket 52. Only when necessary, this opening/closing plate 50 is opened to feed air to the engine positively.
