摘要：<p>PURPOSE:To prevent water-rot of green vegetable having vigorous physiological activity and to keep the green vegetable in highly fresh state over a long period, by packaging the green vegetable in a packaging bag made of a specific multi- layered film. CONSTITUTION:The multi-layered film used in the present process has water- vapor permeability, oxygen permeability and carbon dioxide gas permeability adjusted within respective specific ranges, is provided with an antifogging agent on at least one of the surfaces to enable continuous antifogging effect in the course of repeating the temperature change between 0 deg.C and 40 deg.C and gives a fusing seal strength of >=3.0kg-cm/15mm when subjecting the surface layer to fusing seal at 270 deg.C. The film is formed in the form of a bag having at least 3 closed sides facing the surface layer inward. A part or the whole surface of said bag is provided with at least one opening having total opening area of 0.02-3.5% of the total area of the bag. Green vegetable having vigorous physiological activity such as cucumber, green soybean, etc., is put into the above packaging bag.</p>
