摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent a car body from large oscillation even in the repetition of speed adjustment during a traffic jam by providing a means for detecting the traffic jam as well as a control device for keeping suspension devices in the hard state in case of detecting the traffic jam. CONSTITUTION:A suspension control circuit 10 including a microcomputer is provided in order to input signals from an input rotation sensor 11 and an output rotation sensor 12 for detecting the input and output rotational speed of torque converter respectively and from a speed sensor 13 for detecting the vehicle speed. A control circuit 10 calculates on the basis of this information and judges whether the car is at a stop, in the minutely accelerating state, or in the largely accelerating state by the speed ratio of a torque converter and discriminates whether or not there is a traffic jam by the frequency of the minute accelerating state within the specified time. If the low speed due to the traffic jam is discriminated, the large oscillation of the body due to the speed adjustment in the traffic jam can be prevented by hardening suspension device 3, 4.
