摘要:发明高精度键盘式气动进尺装置是为了解决台式带锯机,纵剖圆锯机及其它用途的锯割设备的进尺错差过大问题。 本发明的结构特征是:键盘订定,气动推动,锯比子进尺以毫米为单位,能得到6mm-300mm的任何加工尺寸。 本装置与其它进尺方法相比据有:进尺精度高 (±0.04mm-0.12mm),机械效率高(进尺速度120mm/秒;退尺速度240mm/秒),和适应性强,操作简便等特点,使用本装置能大大的提高出材率和节约木材及其它锯割材料。

主权项:1、高精度键盘式气动进尺装置,有键盘板(1),箱体(2)、订位板(3)(3′),缸体(4),其特征在于键盘板(1)内装有订位杆(13);缸体(4)在压缩空气的推动下带动定位板(3)(3′)和托板(5),在箱体(2)内滑动定位。
