摘要：A blind riveting tool has a front abutment provided by a pair of jaws which are spring-urged into their closed position and move to their open position by a generally pivoting movement of each jaws. The jaws are opened by means of a ball which is in contact with the outside of the rearward end of each jaw, the balls being encircled by a rotatable ring having cam faces in contact with the balls. When the ring is rotated, the cam faces force the balls inwards to press the rearward ends of the jaws together, thereby to make each jaw pivot and open the front end of the jaws.
