摘要:PURPOSE:To effectively utilize light energy and to prevent dissipation of heat by forming a light absorptive film consisting of a material which has a specific light absorptivity to laser light for recording and has the thermal conductivity smaller than the thermal conductivity of a recording film on the recording film. CONSTITUTION:The light absorptive film 5 is formed on the substrate 1 on which a protective film 3 and the recording film 4 are laminated. The film 5 is formed of the material which contains one kind of the compd. selected from the oxides, nitrides, etc. of metal elements or the oxides, nitride, etc., of semimetal elements, has >=20% light absorptivity of laser for recording and has the thermal conductivity smaller than the thermal conductivity of the film 4. The films are laminated by using a gaseous mixture composed of a gas contg. the prescribed elements and inert gas and sputtering a target contg. the prescribed metal or semimetal element. The light energy of the laser is thereby effectively exchanged with heat energy and the quantity of the heat escaping from the recording film is decreased, by which the recording sensitivity is improved.
