摘要:A method for stabilizing a pigment from a root of Lithospermum erythrorhizon is presented. Thus, a compn. of 50 wt.% polyethylene glycol (PEG) 400, 25 wt.% PEG 4,000, 1 wt.% lauryl sodium sulfate, 4 wt.% above root ext., and trace amt. of 0.05M citrate buffer soln. (pH=6.0) showed an increment of stabilization of the pigment from Lithospermum erythrorhizon, useful as a raw material of cosmetics and medicines.
