摘要:PURPOSE:To enable the capture of a vibration mode in the entire vibrating surface while obtaining a correct vibration mode detecting a data as vibration data at a speficied point over all measuring points in the vibrating surface of an object by arranging a means of detecting a data as vibration data at a specified phase point in a response signal corresponding to the specified phase point of a vibration signal for vibrating the object. CONSTITUTION:Processing signals separately inputted A/D converters 16 and 17 output data at phase points of an equal interval in the time series according to a command of a CPU to be memorized into memories 18 and 19. As a result, after a laser light scans the vibrating surface of an object 11 over all coordinates in the X and Y axises, a vibration data is memorized into a memory 18 at phase points of a vibration signal in coordinates according to the scanning order and likewise, data are memorized into a memory 19 at phase points of the vibration signal. Thus, vibration of the vibrating surface of the object 11 is measured and memorized as data and then, an output key Out is operated in the keyboard 23 of the CPU.
