摘要：A compressor comprises an axial piston (3) and a valve plate (4), sandwiched between a cylinder block (1) and a cylinder head (5). It is provided with inlet ports (9) and outlet ports (10) for reed valves (11,12). The outlet valves connect to a central outlet chamber (17) arranged within the cylinder head, divided into two part-chambers (17a,17b) by a partition (21). The first (17a) connects with the ports (10) and the second (17b) has a compressor outlet connection (22), whilst an opening (23) in the partition connects the part chambers. The two-part outlet chamber (17) damps outlet pressure pulsations and its resulting noise transmission.
