摘要：PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of oblique angle of a mirror by equipping inner wheels and outer wheels which are connected directly or through spheres, fitting a bender mirror holding member to the inner wheels and rotating the holding member through the spherical surface of each outer wheel. CONSTITUTION:The bender mirror 7 is fixed to the lower surface of the mirror holding member 10 and the holding member 10 is fitted to the inner wheel 13 of a self-aligning bearing, etc. Since the inner wheel 13 is inscribed with the inner spherical surface of the outer wheel 16 through spheres 15a, 15b, the movement of the inner wheel 13 is regulated by the spherical surface of the outer wheel 16. Hereby, the oblique angle of the mirror 7 changes centering the central point A of the reflecting surface of the mirror 7. Accordingly, if each micrometer 8, 9 is adjusted respectively, the oblique angle of the bender mirror 7 is adjusted easily.
