摘要:本发明提出了一种混合稀土-钡-铜-氧超导体。混合稀土可以是含有少量铈的混合轻稀土或混合重稀土,也可以是混合轻稀土中还含有少量重稀土元素或混合重稀土中还含有少量轻稀土元素。超导体中各组分的原子百分比为(混合稀土+钡)∶铜∶氧=1∶1∶3,其零电阻温度都在液氮温度以上。由于用混合稀土代替单一稀土元素,因此这类超导体的原料来源广、价格便宜。
