摘要：The active substance for improving the germination of orchid seeds which are sown without symbionts is N-(4'-dimethylaminobenzylidene)-4-aminobenzoic acid or a cytophysiologically acceptable salt thereof, so that its concentration in the medium used for sowing is 10<-6> to 10<-2>g/l. At this concentration, the germination of mature orchid seeds is improved considerably, and, in some cases, variants may germinate which would otherwise not germinate if sown without symbionts.
