CONSTITUTION:A digital scanning converter (DSC) 15 converts the B- or M- mode image ultrasonic scanning due to a B- or M-mode receiving part UR to TV scanning, converts the blood flow speed ultrasonic scanning due to a blood flow imaging processing part UD 1 to TV scanning and converts the Doppler data ultrasonic scanning due to an ultrasonic Doppler processing part UD 2 to TV scanning. A controller 18 sets the cut-off frequency in the digital filter 8 of the blood flow imaging processing part UD 1 and sets threshold determining whether the blood flow speed data in DSC 15 and a color processor 16 are displayed in conjunction with ultrasonic repeating frequency fr, the parameter fr/N of a raster direction repeating transmitting and receiving number N and the cut-off frequency fr.
