摘要：PURPOSE:To keep the viscosity of a washing liq. always in an appropriate range and to prevent the sedimentation of a paint by providing a washing liq. treating system on the outside of a washing liq. circulating system, sending a part of the washing liq. in the circulating system to the treating system, and returning the treated liq. to the circulating system through a pipeline. CONSTITUTION:When the paint concn. of the washing liq. in the circulating system increases to a specified value, a changeover valve 24 is intermittently switched, and a part of the washing liq. is sent to the reaction vessel 26 in a flocculation stage through a branch pipe 25 while continuing the supply of the washing liq. to a scrubber 19. A flocculant injected from a flocculant weighing vessel 27 and the washing liq. are mixed in the reaction vessel 26, and the paint is flocculated and precipitated. The supernatant liq. in the reaction vessel 26 is sent to a treated water vessel 29 through a pipeline 32, the flocculated and precipitated paint is sent to a dehydrator 28 through a pipeline 30 and dehydrated, and the separated liq. is sent to the treated water vessel 29.
