摘要：The invention relates to a press for welding shoe soles, of the type comprising at least one adhesive-bonding station where the upper of a shoe rests, head downwards, on the edges of an orifice made on the frame of the press, and a bell which is equipped with a resilient membrane and which can be folded over the sole of the shoe during welding, means being provided for applying the membrane in question onto the sole of the shoe by virtue of a fluid pressure. Essentially, this welding press is characterised in that the fluid pressure is applied onto the membrane 9 by water contained in the top chamber of a cylinder 17 in communication with the bottom of the bell 7 via a flexible pipe 16, the piston 18 of this cylinder being connected via a rod 19 to the piston 20 of a lower cylinder 21, and these two cylinders 18, 20 being moved by means of compressed air.
