摘要：<p>PURPOSE:To suppress vibration of iron core plates and to realize low noise performance, by filling a plurality of coupling holes, which are provided to penetrate the iron core plates in the direction of their thickness, respectively with an adhesive and next by coupling the laminated iron core plates to each other. CONSTITUTION:A space A formed between a rear surface of a ballast body 17 and a case member 21 is filled with an adhesive 26, and then an injection pressure of a filling nozzle 27 is used to make the adhesive 26 rise into a plurality of coupling holes 25 respectively and to fill them with the adhesive 26. Recessed grooves 10 and magnetic gaps 18 are also filled with the adhesive 26 moving upwardly. After this filling operation, the adhesive 26 is supplied into an opposite space B which is formed between an upper surface of the ballast body 17 and the case member 22 via a plurality of the coupling holes 25 so that a region over the upper surface of the iron cores 11, 13 and an inner surface of the case member 22 is filled with the adhesive. Since the adhesive 26 is hardened on both the surfaces of the ballast body 17, then the iron cores 11, 13 are pressed not to move on their outer sides and so their vibration is suppressed. Such an effect of suppressing the vibration can prevent noise generation caused by the iron cores 11, 13.</p>
