摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent the variation of Al sheet thickness by executing rolling by specifying the condition related to homogenizing treatment temp., hot roughing roll finishing temp. and hot finishing roll completing temp. in the hot-rolling after homogenizing treating the pure A cast ingot. CONSTITUTION:After homogenizing treating the pure Al cast ingot containing inevitable impurities, at the time of executing the hot rolling, the hot rolling is executed under condition satisfying the inequality I related to the homogeniz ing treatment temp. TS deg.C, the hot roughing roll finishing temp. TA deg.C and the hot finishing roll completing temp. TB deg.C. As the hot finishing roll temp. is controlled based on the condition setting of the homogenizing treatment temp. TS and the hot roughing roll completing TA, in case the temps. TS and TA are high, solid solution quantity in the matrix becomes much and in case they are low, the rolled product is easily recrystallized. At the time of cooling the rolled product, as the uniform structure of working structure of recrystallizing structure is formed, the variation of Al sheet thickness after cold rolling is prevented.
