摘要：PURPOSE:To omit the use of a seal impression and to simplify a procedure when the accounts of the same name are increased by registering the account numbers and the customer data with relations secured to each other for mutual retrieval. CONSTITUTION:The registration of an increased account is indicated by an indicating means 30 and an increased item code and the prescribed one of customer data, e.g., a name, etc., are inputted. Thus an increased account number is set and at the same time the registered data is retrieved by a retrieving means 13. Then a registered data control means 14 secures the relation between the increased account number and the registered data and then prepares a common control number, for example, between them to register it in a register file 12. In such a way, no seal impression is needed when an account is increased and therefore the relative procedure is simplified.
