摘要：PURPOSE:To stabilize the rotary speed of a ladle without receiving the effect of a temp. not by a complicated motor control by making the driving source of the ladle driving with its rotation an air cylinder with a brake. CONSTITUTION:The compressed air from an air source 31 comes in an air cylinder 8 through four way port solenoid valves 34, 35 and pipe lines 40, 41 via a pressure reducing valve 33. At this time a cylinder rod 8a tries to descend with the pressurizing faces difference of the upper and lower faces but due to the pipe line 39 connecting to a brake device 38 being released to an atm. through fourway port solenoid valves 34, 35 the cylinder rod 8a is locked. Accordingly a rack 10 is not descended nor ascended. When the solenoid of the fourway port solenoid valve 34 is excited, the compressed air in the pipe line 40 is released to the atm., coming into the pipe line 39 simultaneously, the braking force of the brake device 38 is released and the cylinder 8 works in the direction that the piston rod and rack 10 are coming out.
