摘要:An extrusion process is described for producing an expanded foodstuff or feedstuff product having a structure which is stable in water, in which a flour/water mixture is moistened to a moisture content of 35-45 percent, a shearing energy of at most 50 Wh/kg is introduced into the mixture via the drive energy of the screw and extrusion is then performed at a temperature of 116-160 DEG C.
