摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent the variation of tension of a wire electrode by freely turning a guide pulley in the same direction to the deflection direction of the wire electrode when the width of a wire feeding reel becomes large and the torsion angle of the wire electrode becomes large. CONSTITUTION:A supporting member 31 for the lower part of a guide pulley is fixed onto a machine frame 1, and the holes 33 and 35 having different inside diameter are drilled onto the lower part supporting member 31. While, a hollow cylindrical part 39 which has the equal inside diameter to that of the hole 35 and has the less outside diameter than that of the hole 33 is installed onto a supporting member 37 for the upper part of the guide pulley. The hollow cylindrical part 39 is fitted with the lower part supporting member 31, and can be turned freely by a bearing 41 installed onto the step part. Further, a guide pulley 5 is installed onto the upper part supporting member 37 so that a wire electrode L passes through the inside of the hollow cylindrical part 39, and an auxiliary pulley 7 having the groove direction same to that of a guide pulley 5 is installed through a supporting member 43. Therefore, each pulley 5, 7 can be turned in the same direction to the deflection direction of the wire electrode L.
