CONSTITUTION:Realistic embossing having the external appearance more similar to natural product is formed on the surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet 1 by copying from the surface form of natural product such as wood or the like with silicone rubber or the like. Next, a laminating sheet 3 is made by coating releasable resin to the embossed surface of the thermoplastic resin sheet 1.
