摘要:PURPOSE:To obtain highly accurate three-dimensional information with simple constitution and extremely short measurement by providing the titled device with a spot position detector using light arranged on a body to be measured and a rotary means to be rotated together with said spot position detector. CONSTITUTION:The three-dimensional measuring device has a light emitting source such as a semiconductor laser diode, colimate light source 2 storing a colimator lens and a mirror to be rotated simultaneously and unitedly with the colimate light source 2. The mirror 3 is inclined by 45 deg. from the optical axis of the colimate light source 2 and reflects light by 90 deg.. Ring-like mirrors 4, 5 are arranged around the mirror 3. The meauring method uses only one light source and one photodetecting sensor, so that the small-sized measuring device with extremely simple constitution and mechanism can be easily obtained and highly accurate three-dimensional information is obtained by extremely short measurement.
