摘要：PURPOSE:To shorten the molding cycle and at the same time reduce the generation of sink mark and bubble by a method wherein, firstly, some portion of a mold, which form a molding space, is protruded in the molding space and resin is poured in the remaining space; secondly, resin is further poured in the space, which is gradually enlarged by retreating the protruded portion, until the resin is filled in the whole space. CONSTITUTION:A protruded portion 3, which is provided in a mold 2 forming a molding space 1 to obtain a thick-walled molded part, is protruded in the molding space 1. Resin 5 is poured and filled through a gate 4 in the remaining portion 11 of the molding space 1. When the resin cools down to some extent, the resin 5 is further poured in the resin pouring space, which is enlarged by gradually retreating the protruded portion 3. Further, the pouring of the resin and the retreating of the protruded portion 3 are continued until the molding space 1 turns into the normal shape and, immediately after that, stopped. Thus, the pouring of the resin in the whole molding space 1 is finished. After the resin 5 cools down completely, a thick-walled molded part 6 is obtained.
