摘要：<p>A distributor drum with laterally corrugated cylindrical walls is constructed with perforations at the projecting external ridges to feed liquid, maintained at a fixed internal level, to form a uniform coating on a rotating treatment drum situated below it. The treatment drum is intergrally fed with cooling or drying exchange fluid, via hollow axles, to effect solidification of the external work liquid to hard pellicles which are scrapped from the surface by a tangential longitudinal blade. The melted ensures uniform treatment of the work liquid and regular product characteristics.</p>
