摘要：<p>PURPOSE:To obtain readily drinkable garlic SAKE having effectively extracted medicinal component, by skewering raw garlics on a spit, pricking a great number of holes with the tip of a spin, roasting the garlics not by a direct fire, putting the garlics in warmed SAKE and allowing SAKE to stand, to remove garlic smell. CONSTITUTION:Raw garlics 1 are skewered on a spit 2, 4 pieces to a spit, and about 20 holes 3 per garlic are then pricked with the tip of a spit. The skewered garlics are uniformly roasted by a roaster 4, avoiding direct flames and the time required for roasting is about 6-7min. On the other hand, before the garlics are roasted, a container such as that of a heat-resistant glass 7, is warmed in hot water 6 heated in a cooker 5, etc., and about 3min after the garlics are roasted, 180ml of SAKE 8 filled in a SAKE bottle 8 or other container 9 is warmed to 60 deg.C. After 6-7min, the roasted garlics 1 and the SAKE 8 warmed to about 60 deg.C are timely filled in a container pre-warmed, and let stand for 6-7min, to give the aimed garlic SAKE.</p>
