摘要：PURPOSE:To simultaneously form a plurality of stator coils by molding with resin a plurality of winding units, and cutting the molded units. CONSTITUTION:Winding units 16 formed by winding a strip copper plate 15 approximately in a triangular spiral shape are approximately annularly arranged in a mold, molded, and the molded unit 17 is cut in a lateral state to manufacture a stator coil 2. Thus, a plurality of stator coils disposed at the prescribed position can be simultaneoulsy formed. Further, since the units 16 are effectively positioned at an accurate position by molding of high accuracy, the coils 2 can be indispensably positioned accurately at the set position to prevent a rotor B from generating a torque ripple.
